Well Jo, I hope you're not too disappointed...I know you really wanted me to catch up! I'm going to go back and add much more to each of my last posts for you. Love ya!
I am really excited about my 2008 weddings!! All my girls seem to want to allow me to take off with my creative efforts. Don't get me wrong, traditional is still a good thing! I just want every bride to have something unique!!
But again, I also want to go back and give you all much more of each wedding from 2007. We had some beautiful brides, unusual locations and some beautiful (but "hot") days to shoot!
I'm also going to add a gallery to my site, which will showcase the different new styles of Coffee Table Books I'm going to offer this year.
We'll also be taking on a couple of promising new interns, that I am excited about. I finally have some guys who have taken some intern positions! I guess I've always had women apply, because they feel more comfortable working with another woman....but, I think they soon found out (though we all know I'm absolutely lovely to be with ....lol) that this is a tuff job!! I hope my little intern guys don't think I'll be taking it easy on them. I treat every bride as though she were my own sister, and I expect 110% every time from my interns/associates! So far the guys follow my instructions a little better than the gals....hmmmm....what's up with that? We'll see....this should be interesting.
Oh yes, I hope my friend Nura is still keeping up with me! Give me a shout sometime girl!
How can I forget...!!!! Angela, where you be my girl?!! Miss you...give a girl a call will you!
Much Blog Love My Friends,
Wendy
P.S. hi Kindra...much love!

My favorite nurse...."jo"
Monday, February 18, 2008
For my favorite "nurse", thanks JO

Well....What do you know? I'm back at it! Finally! Here's to all my blog fans that have been telling me to catch up. I wasn't able to get all the poses and stories posted that I wanted to...but, at least this will give you some idea of what I've been up to....
2007 brought some fun, tears, music, dancing... and HEAT! We had alot of outside shooting to do. Whether the weddings were outside, or my brides just want some outdoor photography.
Carrie Tomko is a great example! Everything was inside, but how could we go without shooting the cool shots at Lexington's own Keeneland. I've also added some other neat shots, that were my personal favorites.
Carrie's flowers were done by the Ivory Rose, Beth Sampson Owner. Beautiful, just beautiful! I've worked with Beth Sampson for years. My clients have always raived over Beth's work!

You know what? I'm going to have to come back to this wedding when I can add more. There's just too many I can't leave out!
At least this is a start!
Talk to you soon my little blog friends!
wendy
